About Us

Hilltop Education and Community Resource Center, Inc is a non-profit, public benefit organization dedicated to the advocacy of alternative and transitional learning for special needs learners and at-risk youths. We provide intervention and support services that focuses on helping parents of children with learning disabilities and troubled "at-risk" youths navigate through the complex network of regulations and policies that govern the public school system. Our program is designed to spread greater awareness among the community on the availability of resources that cater to the unique needs of today's young learners.

The Community Resource Center provides a supportive and nurturing environment for adults with mental/developmental disabilities to gather.
